COVID-19 Policy Update
Guests making a booking for accommodation do so on their own assessment of the COVID 19 health regulations that apply to the state of Victoria.
If you reside outside of Victoria it is up to you to assess and understand COVID 19 health regulations that apply to your home State and Victoria.
(For example: travel restrictions between States and within Victoria)
Cancellation can only occur if the person making the booking is unable to travel from their normal place of residence due to Covid-19 State Government lockdown or if Dinner Plain is in an area of State Government lockdown.
If anyone joining you on your alpine holiday cannot travel due to COVID -19 this is not a valid reason for cancellation.
Set fee of 10% GST inclusive of the total amount of your booking will be payable if you decide to cancel when booked direct with alpine-getaways. If booked using an external agent i.e. booking.com, airbnb or any other agency you will get a refund of the total amount less 18%
Another option is to elect to move your booking to a future date.
No fees will be applied to facilitate this.
Rates many vary when choosing this option.
Alpine Getaways recommends that the person booking or other people joining you should take out travel insurance.
Dinner Plain is a wonderful year-round destination and Alpine Getaways does not guarantee snow fall nor ski lift operations.
