On the ground floor there are two queen bedrooms and a bunk room with two sets of bunk. A separate laundry, two bathrooms and a second living area with views to the reserve. The middle level is all living space, with a large lounge area and plenty of dining space with a well equipped kitchen and a walk in pantry. The top level has a mezzanine sitting area which leads into the main queen bedroom and ensuite. The deck off the living area has a BBQ and outdoor setting, and there is a table tennis table in one of the garages.
