Very comfortable and close to everything Beechworth has to offer Positive: Excellent facilities, location to town, open fire in the lobby, under cover secure parking Negative: Nothing not to like

Positive: The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The owner was lovely and welcoming and lit a fire in the reception to make it warm and relaxing. Recommend this for anyone wanting a quiet stay.

Positive: Bed was comfortable. Negative: Nowhere to plug in kettle except on the floor (side table was wobbly so dangerous to put kettle on.) No usb charge point No utensils for us to make our own basic breakfast.
