It was sad there was no-one present at the property - a pity it doesn't run like a B & B. Positive: We thought the bedrooms and bathrooms were well-appointed, and the bed was comfortable. Negative: Your agent at Alpine Getaways was incredibly rude to me on the phone because I had made a mistake in understanding your rather overly complex instructions. I had filled out the Booking.Com information form, but had failed to also text her at Alpine Getaways. Her attitude was appalling for someone in the tourism industry.

Positive: Stunning garden in full bloom. Heritage style accommodation. Comfortable bed. Negative: Check-in is clunky as details don't transfer fully from booking.com to accommodation booking service.

Mostly very nice. Positive: BreKfast was not provided. That was disappointing. Negative: We stayed 3 nights, on our last evening we locked ourselves out of our room. I was upset with myself for leaving it on the table. We rang the contact number, Simone answer. She let me know how unhappy she to be contacted at 7.30 in the evening.
