Positive: Central location, large room, comfortable bed, lovely bathroom. Had a lovely lounge area with a fire.
Negative: Needed a new kettle.
The scent in the room and the lounge area was quite strong

It is a gorgeous boutique hotel. We’d love to return.
Negative: We did have an issue with the wifi, but the staff we communicated with did everything she could to sort it out quickly. We really appreciated her help.

I'll be back
Positive: 12 on Albert was beautifully appointed. The entrance area, lit fire and sumptuous seating was so inviting. The room was so comfy, warm and clean.
