Stunning place to stay Positive: It was a beautiful place to stay, lovely gardens and class furnishings. Comfortable.Instructions were clear to retrieve the key. Negative: I didn't like the fridge inside the cupboard. Too noisy. I ended up having the move the cupboard slightly to switch it off so that I could sleep

Nice garden nice area over priced stay in an average room Positive: Very nice gardens, room was cosy Negative: Late check in for starters, the shower was appalling would go boiling hot or freezing cold and pressure would be better out of a watering can, tv was from the 80s for the price there wasn’t many amenities at all, the shampoo and conditioner were completely watered down and the body wash smelt like they’d used dog wash in it.

A beautiful place to stay. Close to town and the features of Beechworth. Recommended Positive: Very attractive gardens and interior decor. Roomy and well appointed room with equally roomy bathroom with well equipped seperate bath and showers. Negative: While we appreciated the luxury styling we would have liked a little more practical attention given to the usability of the bathroom (no drawer or storage cupboard). We also found the lack of a small table/desk and chairs in the room awkward - there seemed to ample room to fit such an item. Without such a table there is only a sideboard to prepare drinks and nibbles and only one armchair and the bed for both to sit on to enjoy shared company in the room. There was ample comfort in the lounge area but you don’t always want to relax away from your room.

Positive: It was exceptional accommodation. It made me instantly regret I wasn't travelling with my wife. Negative: The information about the check-in was unnecessarily complicated.
