Twelve on Albert, Beechworth - Rooms

Beautiful quiet garden setting Positive: The surrounding gardens are beautiful. You have a sense of peacefulness the moment you walk in. The bed was very comfortable. The shower water flow was lovely. Within walking distance of the main street which was very convenient. The accommodation was very quiet and peaceful. I could not hear any of the neighbouring guests. Negative: N/A

We had a lovely short stay here, great location and very comfortable. Positive: This is a beautiful adults only building with lovely gardens (and gorgeous dogs!). Parking was easy and the room was quaint and lovely. Staff very friendly and it was an easy walk into town. Negative: Wifi isn't great and no access to streaming services. The room was very bright with light in through the glass in the bathroom door and the smoke detector in the middle of the roof which was super bright.

Rooms and foyer area beautifully decorated and put together and place very clean. Positive: Lovely room. Foyer was gorgeous. Gardens lovely but we couldn't use as weather was too hot (the 3 days there it was over 40 deg.) Location good. Car under cover good. What more can one say. Negative: It would have been nice to have a little kitchenette for simple things like toast, breakfast, casual eating. In most places one goes to, they all lack hooks for hanging, eg. bathroom/or bedroom for Dressing gowns, used clothes one doesn't want to put back in the wardrobe. Maybe tissues in bathroom. Mostly all was fine. PS just noticed down below under Preview of your experience the name Eelan (?) - if it's meant to be my name it is Elena?

Comfortable and quiet stay Positive: Overall it was clean and comfortable. Well located and very quiet Negative: Needed central cooling in the lounge area to encourage guest to come out of bedrooms to further enjoy the property
