The accommodation and location was perfect for our needs while staying in Beechworth
Positive: Lovely Boutique accommodation it was nice and quiet and the bonus was it was an easy walk into town. Loved the caramels in the reception area!
Negative: Everything was fine. I don't need to go looking for something to complain about!

Apart from feeling cold at night we liked our stay. Would stay there again but bring my own electric
Positive: Beautiful home and gardens. Quiet location. Not far from the town centre
Negative: The bed did not have a electric blanket. I was cold. Beechworth can be quite cold during winter and the rooms in this house have high ceilings

Beautiful Garden surroundings

Negative: No personal contact except we did get to speak to the young girl cleaning the rooms who was friendly and helpful. We would recommend 12 to any friends for convenience and location

Positive: Location was good
Negative: Bath with shower overhead inconvenient and awkward to use. Bath leaking, dark, no. Shower door so bathroom gets soaked. Checkk in time late. Bedroom cold and dark and cupboard smell like vomit
