Cancellation Policy.

Proceeding with making a booking, we hold this property for you. This excludes another person booking this property.

No refund once any payment is made.

No alterations allowed to the booking once any payment is made.

Any payment on a booking you guarantee to pay the full amount stated.

If for some reason beyond our control the property or dates are unavailable we will attempt to find another equivalent property. If we are unable to find a suitable property a full refund or alternate dates will be offered.

Check in is available from 4pm.

Check out to be completed by 10am at the latest. You must vacate the property and parking spaces by this time.

For your peace of mind we recommend Travel Insurance to cover any unforeseen events.
