Negative: Tv reception was bad mostly unusable

Positive: The location was amazing for skiing

Positive: Manager was very arrogant.. Even after reaching i have to struggle to get keys

Winter stay Positive: Location. Heating. Negative: Parking, check in, noisy music playing in outside to bar, despite their being no one seated outside any day or evening. Check in was overly administrative and like I was on military duty. Only sending a text, even there was constant messages going via this booking app. Consider people that may be don't have cell signal and can't receive text, or in my case my account has international number. That was the reason for not sending a text!! And then some lame excuse why they can't send email or use this app to advise. There is wifi in the building so, guests can receive messages, email. Or consider sending the check in details earlier on the day or day before, so that people know what they are doing and don't feel stressed not knowing if they will be advised. I felt like was held to random waiting till past 4 pm, only to not receive any text. It took me eventually calling the number to find out.. That was unacceptable. If I didn't call would anyone bother to contact me to tell me my check in room number?
